The available evidence points to a large operator that runs decently, with terms that favour itself. For a player in Greece the decisive drawback is that no Greek authority can rule on a dispute.

AskGamblers mainly scores how the operator handles complaints: it replies within a day and most are closed. Casino Guru deducts points for clauses it considers unfair and for complaints against related casinos. One measures behaviour when something goes wrong, the other what the terms allow.

Complaints in both databases share one theme: delayed withdrawals and identity verification. That is the point worth watching.
