20Bet registration: the steps and verification
Registering at 20Bet takes three steps and starts with a bonus choice. We describe what we saw in the form and what to know before you fill it in.

Before you start
20Bet has no HGC licence. An account there is not covered by Greek player protections, and in Greece online gambling is allowed from age 21. Read the legal status page first.
What the form shows
The form opens from the "Sign up" button at top right. On 9 October 2026 it was laid out like this:
- Bonus choice at the top: sports (100% up to €100), casino (package up to €120 and 120 free spins) or "claim bonus later".
- Sign-up method: by email or with a social network account.
- Step 1: country, email, password and an optional promo code.
- Steps 2 and 3: we did not go past the first step, because we did not create an account. Usually they ask for full name, date of birth, address, phone and currency.
Three choices that are hard to change
- The bonus. "Casino" is pre-selected. If you do not want x40 wagering in 3 days, pick "claim bonus later". See bonus.
- The currency. It usually cannot be changed after registration. Pick your bank account's currency to avoid conversions.
- The country. It must be your real country of residence. A false country leads to account closure at verification.
Email or social network
Signing up with a social network is quicker, but it ties the betting account to that account and shares profile data with the operator. Signing up by email with a unique password is the cleaner choice.
Identity verification
Verification is requested at the first withdrawal at the latest. Usually you need:
- ID card or passport, both sides.
- A utility bill or bank statement from the last three months.
- Proof that the payment method is yours.
Most complaints about 20Bet in independent databases concern delays at this stage. Send the documents before your first deposit, not when you request a withdrawal.
Mistakes that cost money
- False or incomplete details. The name must match your ID and your payment method.
- A second account in the same household or on the same device without telling support.
- Registering through a VPN. The account can be closed along with its balance.
- Depositing with a third party's card or wallet.
- Accepting a bonus without reading the deadline.
If you change your mind
You can ask support to close the account. Withdraw the balance first: according to AskGamblers, a withdrawal after closure costs €12.50. See the support page.
